WHY WILD NATURAL BEAUTY
About Our Philosophy
Lately, there’s been more and more health scares in the news. Lead is in the paint of some toys. Some plastic is bad for your health -or maybe not. Or maybe you’ve heard about fragrance s and the word that few can spell unless you have to, phthalates.
Wild Natural Beauty has realized through our own experience that there can be safer alternatives than what the major commercial brands are willing to offer. Understand that what you use ends up in your body possibly affecting your health. What we put on our skin or breathe in ends up in our bloodstream; and we can have the choice to keep the crud away.
Some may argue that organic and natural products are too expensive. True that at first blush they usually have a higher price tag. But, think back when you last used the lotion from the grocery store; how much did you have to wipe off your hands because it didn’t absorb into your skin? Did it feel greasy? How many times did you reach for that lotion because your skin still felt a little dry or even itchy?

Quality ingredients make quality products. And you’ll find you don’t use as much product to keep your skin moisturized and healthy with natural ingredients as with chemicals. We diligently search and research ingredients and products that are safe and effective to use. We feel a special responsibility and pride to provide a really great product. While other natural products exist, some choose to water down their products making them ineffective, thus not truly addressing the concerns of those seeking a natural solution. We don’t water down or dilute our products. The use of questionable ingredients will not find a place in our products. We make sure the essential oils are distilled naturally and also our hydrosols. Wild Natural Beauty is not about chemically breaking down an organism for an ingredient, or chemically creating an alternative or copy of a natural ingredient.
Being natural or organic is a strength that we want to share. Our mission is to do it right, to be honest, to be proud of our work and to always be open to what you have to say.

About The Founders
Welcome to Wild Natural Beauty. Let me take this chance to introduce ourselves and tell you about our company. Wild Natural Beauty is formed by four women, Faye, Lisa, Amy and Kelly. All of us came from different areas and stages of life to bring healthy alternatives into our lives.
My name is Lisa and I got started through aromatherapy. Initially, to create different scents from essential oils but I came to understand how essential oils work for one’s body and overall health.
Amy, my sister, being a new mom became innately alert to the health scares and warnings ranging from the dangers in plastic toys to tainted food.
Nutrition is a big part of my mother, Faye’s life. Since she and dad are getting older, eating right is important. But nutrition is also knowing the minerals and vitamins in food, how they are best used (cooked or raw) and even how they are processed and preserved.
My youngest sister, Kelly has sensitive skin and she was interested in soap that would not irritate or dry her skin. Working in an office environment with lots of paper, dry skin is hard battle to win. It was easy to know what she needed but not as easy to find it in a store.
The greatest thing about small companies is that usually they are born to fill a need. Wild Natural Beauty came into being after we realized what we were doing for ourselves we could also do for others. At my mom’s kitchen table we formed a company to provide quality products that were effective and reliable; products that we could not easily find for our needs.
Please take the time to browse our store and we hope we can be there to help you and your family.
Breathing Exercise
This is an easy exercise to do to calm and center yourself when things get too hectic. It can focus you when your thoughts are too chaotic to control. You can do this in your office, at home, or even in the car – as long as you do it before you start the car.
Sit square in your seat – don’t rest on the edge. Keep your back straight and both feet flat on the floor. Close your eyes and quietly count down from 10, breathing deeper as you count.
Then inhale deeply through your nose. Once you reach the point where you feel you have inhaled as deeply as you can hold it for a count of 3 - 5 seconds, then exhale.
Exhale slowly through your mouth, it should take about 5 – 7 seconds. Do this 3 times or as long as you feel like.
Slowly count up to 10 and open your eyes.
You should feel refreshed and energized. Not only are you calming your mind and quieting the chatter in your head you are oxygenating your entire body.
