Meditation is becoming more and more popular.  It seems as the stress increases in our lives we are tuning to healthy methods to relieve it.  Meditation is a way of stepping back from the hectic pace and slowing down. 

 

Giving yourself a timeout for just 10 – 15 minutes a day can reduce anxiety, increase our clarity and decision making.  Meditation also helps our digestion, sleep, cholesterol, and even heart.
