Happy Birthday
We are happy to announce it's been one year since Wild Natural Beauty went online and started sharing with all of you our passion and vision for safe products.  We want to thank all of your for your support, visits, questions, and of course purchases.

It's been fun as well as educational.  We are continuing our experiments and plan to bring your more surprises and treats in the months to come.   Check us out and see what we have in store for you.

Did You Know

Peppermint is known for it's relaxing and pain-killing effects and is a common ingredient in many muscle rubs and ices.  Peppermint oil calms tensed and cramped muscles.  But it's also good for insect bites, eczema and rashes.  It not only relieves the itching but is an antiseptic, fighting bacteria that could lead to infections.  Got a headache? Rub some peppermint oil on your temples soothe the ache away.

Peppermint is a potent oil on its own so dilute with a carrier oil or lotion before applying it on your skin.  A pleasant side effect of using peppermint oil is you can often taste as it works its way in your body.

Kitchen Spa

Your fridge can hold more than last nights leftovers.  It's a bounty of assorted treats for your skin.  Fresh produce, dairy and eggs are indulgent ingredients for a spa night treat.  Most recipes will keep for a few days to a week, like any snack.  The best thing about a kitchen spa treatment is you control the ingredients.

Banana and Peppermint Mask
Full of vitamins and minerals, bananas provide the rich and moisturizing base for this mask.  The peppermint aids in circulation and has a refreshing and invigorating scent.

1 ripe banana - mashed
1/2  to 1 teaspoon cold pressed olive oil
3 drops peppermint oil

Mix together and apply to face.  Leave on for 10-20 minutes then rinse.
