sweet potatoes guilt free.
Kitchen Spa While you're making
that big Thanksgiving feast for your family keep in mind that some of the tasty
morsels you prepare can be enjoyed by you later as a masque.Start with sweet potatoes, carrots or
pumpkin.But make sure that any
ingredient you choose is not prepared with any oils, salt or other
ingredients.So hold about 1/2 cup back
from the dishes you're preparing.
This masque
is rich in beta carotene and vitamin c.It
softens and hydrates while absorbing impurities from your skin.
1/2 carrots,
pumpkin, sweet potatoes, or squash - pureed
1 teaspoon
honey
1 teaspoon
yogurt
Combine all
ingredients to a smooth paste and apply to your neck and your face, leaving
your eyes, nose and mouth free from any masque mixture.Relax for 10 - 15 minutes and rinse with warm
water.
